A Great Team work of all Futedu Team.
We started the game to imputing our game model and lead the game with our identity. First build up phase very solid organizing the game and trying to find spaces between lines against an opponent that was dropped in their half field, waiting for transitions.
After a couple of good moments and controlling the game, we worked during the week a situation that gave us the first goal. Attracting the opponent to one side and long ball diagonal of Rorke to our wingback Bernat and gave a cross to Dani score our first goal in a beautiful movement of our team.
After the goal, a red card for the same Dani, with a tackle that the referee understood as a aggressive action. With 10 players we controlled the game until halftime with small adjustment and drop the lines until minute 45.
Second half we changed the system. Rorke , sick, needed to stay in the dressing room at half time and we worked in 4-4-1 in the second half. Jordan with the role to work with and without ball in center right side and Garret do the same work center left side. Alvaro close the center and close the space for the ball don’t get played inside from the middle and Ismael free in the top trying to find free spaces for transitions.
It was exactly like that that Ismael scored the second goal. We win a ball in the middle, transition for him and he scored the 0-2.
We were very competent and very committed with our strategy in second half and we keep controlling our defensive moment and creating danger in our transitions. We could score more goals if we were more fresh to decide in zone 3.
The 0-3 happened in a natural movement of Alvaro inside of area and he qin a penalty that the same scored.
Opponent scored a goal with the only mistake of our defensive line, where both attacked the same space and left the ball behind for opponent alone vs our goalkeeper scored the 1-3.
Almost in the end, in a beautiful counter attack movement, Alvaro made the final result, 1-4 for UPV Futedu CF.
A well done work of everyone, great commitment of the players, teamwork outstanding with great football moments.
For sure in the right direction of development in our program with performance and results.
