Are parents allowed to visit the training sessions?
Yes, parents will be allowed to visit the training sessions on certain days. Please consult with us for further information.
Is transportation to and from the campus included in the price?
Transfers for the activities are included for players with Boarding in Apartment. Transfers from Valencia or Alicante airports to the campus are not included. If you’re interested in this service, please indicate it in the shopping cart.
Will my son or daughter always be accompanied by monitors?
Your son or daughter will always be accompanied by monitors, even during nighttime hours.
How many players will there be per group?
Each group will consist of a maximum of 15 players, thus respecting an appropriate ratio for the teaching-learning process of our players.
Can I arrive one night earlier or depart one night later?
Yes, we offer you the possibility to arrive earlier or extend your stay in Valencia. If you’re interested, please indicate it in the shopping cart.
Will I be staying in the same place as my children?
No. Parents will be able to stay in different hotels in the city near the apartment where the players will be living. There are several options available that we can recommend depending on your preferences.
Cancellations and refunds
Until June 10, 2026, 50% of the camps import fee paid will be returned, if full payment has been made. If you have made a partial payment, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
From that day on, there will be no right to a refund, except for justified reasons of force majeure.
In the event that a participant has to leave camps due to illness or injury, €50 will be refunded per day not attended on camps in the internal modality and €20 in the external modality. If it is not medically justified or the abandonment of the camps has nothing to do with the above, you will not have the right to a refund.
*The organizing company reserves the right to modify the accommodation or facilities if there is no room availability at the time of booking. In this case, the organizing company will offer other accommodation of similar qualities.
Where do all the training sessions take place?
The training sessions will take place at Roberto Gil Municipal Stadium, Riba-roja de Túria, 25 minutes from Valencia city center.
